Business Process Automation Services
I build n8n workflows that capture enquiries, move data between your CRM and business tools, and send automated notifications. I connect APIs to reduce repetitive data entry and manual handoffs.
Business Workflows I Automate
Lead Capture and Routing
I connect forms and enquiry channels to your CRM or spreadsheet and notify the responsible team member. Validation and routing rules are agreed around your process. For more on this workflow, read “How to stop losing leads between messengers and CRM”.
CRM Integration Services
I connect your CRM to other business tools to transfer contacts, statuses and tasks. We define field mappings, data flow and update rules based on the available integrations.
Workflow Automation with n8n
I build workflows triggered by an event or a schedule to retrieve data, check conditions and carry out an agreed sequence of actions.
API and Webhook Integrations
I connect services through available APIs and trigger workflows from incoming webhook events. I check data formats, permissions and service limitations.
Data Processing and Automated Notifications
I configure data preparation and updates, along with notifications about new enquiries, status changes or workflow outcomes through connected channels. To analyse the content of messages and documents, explore AI assistants and agents.
Automation Tools and Integrations
n8n Workflow Development
As an n8n developer, I configure service connections, triggers, conditions and data transformations. I test workflows against agreed examples; team guidance is provided within the agreed scope.
Make and Zapier
Integration tools for tasks that suit their capabilities and your existing stack.
Google Sheets and Airtable
Collect, store and update information in spreadsheets and structured databases.
CRM, Telegram and APIs
Connect business tools and messaging through existing integrations, APIs and webhooks.
n8n is my main tool. Where needed, I use Make, Zapier and other integrations to fit your process. Connection options depend on permissions, APIs and service limitations. For guidance on choosing a platform, read “n8n, Make, or Zapier: what to choose for automation”.
What’s Included in the Automation Service
Process review
Identify manual steps, data sources and the outcome the workflow should deliver.
Workflow Development and Configuration
I connect the agreed services and configure field mappings, conditions and action sequences. We define the integration scope and data processing rules before work begins.
Testing and Error Handling
I test the main workflows, incomplete data and connected service failures. Notifications, retries or handover for manual processing are configured to match project requirements.
Handover and guidance
Workflow handover, team guidance and documentation are agreed within the scope of each project. The scope and terms of ongoing technical support are defined separately.
Before work begins, we agree on the scope, access permissions, integrations and acceptance criteria.
My Implementation Process
Start with the process
Identify what your team does manually and which steps make sense to automate.
Agree on the logic
Define triggers, rules, responsibilities and outputs. Agree on the budget and scope.
Implement in stages
Build and test the workflow, checking how data moves between services.
Hand over the workflow
Review the agreed scenarios together. Define the handover format and how future changes will be managed within the project scope.
Frequently asked questions
About automation options, integrations and getting started.
Where should I start with business process automation?
Describe one recurring process: where the data comes from, who handles it and what the output should be. Include the tools you use and a non-confidential example. This helps define the first workflow and scope of work.
Can you automate lead handling without replacing my CRM?
This depends on your CRM’s capabilities. I first check its API, available integrations and permissions. If the required operations are supported, lead capture and notifications can be connected to your existing system.
Does every workflow need to use n8n?
No. n8n is my main tool, but I use Make, Zapier and other integrations where needed. The choice depends on the workflow logic, your current tools and running costs.
How much do n8n automation services cost, and what affects the timeline?
The estimate depends on the number of integrations, workflow complexity, data quality and API availability. We agree on the budget and timeline after reviewing the task. Hosting, API usage and third-party service fees are discussed separately.
What happens if data is incomplete or a connected service is unavailable?
We define this behaviour during planning. Depending on the task, the workflow can validate data, stop the affected step, retry or notify the responsible person. The rules depend on the capabilities of the connected services.
What will I receive after implementation, and will I need ongoing support?
Workflow handover, documentation, team guidance and access arrangements depend on the agreed project scope. Ongoing technical support and updates for API or business process changes are discussed separately.
