LISKONOH provides website development, business process automation, and artificial intelligence implementation services.

We aim to process only the personal information necessary to respond to inquiries, communicate with prospective and existing clients, and deliver our services.

3.1. Contact Form Information

When you submit an inquiry through our website, we may collect:

Please do not submit passwords, payment credentials, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information through our contact forms unless specifically necessary and agreed upon in advance.

6. How Website Inquiries Are Processed

Information submitted through our contact forms is transmitted via HTTPS to our n8n automation system.

The system forwards the inquiry to a designated LISKONOH Telegram chat so that we can review it and respond.

This automated forwarding does not constitute automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Execution records may be temporarily retained within the n8n system.

7. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure

We use or may engage the following providers to operate the website and process inquiries:

  • Hetzner — server infrastructure hosting our website and automation systems.
  • Cloudflare — DNS, networking, and website security services.
  • Telegram — receiving and managing notifications about inquiries.
  • Google Fonts — delivering fonts used on the website.
  • Email service providers — receiving and sending correspondence.

These providers may process personal or technical data as necessary to provide their services and may be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

8. Internal Google Workspace Integrations

LISKONOH intends to use Google Workspace APIs for its internal business automation, potentially including Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail.

These integrations are intended for LISKONOH’s own Google account. We do not currently plan to request visitors or clients to connect their Google accounts through our website.

Once enabled, access to Google data will be authorized through OAuth and limited to the permissions necessary for the relevant functionality.

Information obtained through Google Workspace APIs will not be sold, used for targeted advertising, provided to data brokers, or used to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.

Use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google Workspace User Data and Developer Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

If our practices concerning Google user data change, we will update the relevant disclosures and this Privacy Policy before implementing those changes.

9. Data Retention

We aim to retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.

The following retention arrangements apply to website inquiries:

  • n8n: Its standard configuration includes automatic pruning of execution records after a defined period, which defaults to 14 days. Actual removal may depend on system operation and configuration.
  • Telegram: LISKONOH has adopted a retention rule of up to 12 months following the client’s most recent inquiry, unless a longer period is necessary for contract performance, legal compliance, or the protection of legitimate rights.
  • Backups: Information may remain in backup copies for a separate backup retention period and is removed in accordance with the relevant backup cycle.
  • Contractual, accounting, and statutory records: These are retained for the periods required by applicable law.

Deletion from the primary system may not result in immediate deletion from backups or third-party systems.

The Telegram retention rule must be implemented through LISKONOH’s operational procedures. An automated deletion mechanism has not yet been confirmed.

10. Cookies and Analytics

A review of the website’s source code found no implementation of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other dedicated advertising tracking scripts.

The reviewed code also did not reveal locally implemented cookies for marketing or analytics.

However, infrastructure providers may use technical mechanisms necessary for security or service operation. Their effective production configuration may differ from what is visible in the website source code.

If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement a consent mechanism where required.

11. International Data Transfers

LISKONOH serves clients in Ukraine and other countries.

Because we use international technology providers, personal information may be processed in different jurisdictions.

Where the GDPR applies and personal data is transferred internationally, appropriate lawful transfer mechanisms and safeguards must be used as required by applicable law.

We employ organizational and technical measures designed to safeguard information, including controlled server access, HTTPS, restricted administrative access, and backups.

Nevertheless, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure.

We review our security arrangements as our infrastructure and processing activities evolve.
